The Mexican International Renewable Energy Congress (MIREC) brings together the Mexican renewable energy community to drive forward this important sector at a time of unprecedented change in the market.

Join us at MIREC for the inaugural GeoPower Mexico meeting, a critical strategy forum to identify emerging opportunities in this already world-leading sector.


As renewable energy moves to the forefront of the national agenda, the conference will allow industry and political leaders to meet together to set the agenda for the next stage in geothermal growth. After years of successful deployment 2012 is the year to drive Mexican geopower to new levels of national, and international importance.

Alongside world-class networking opportunities the conference will discuss Mexico’s geothermal resources and the potential for future expansion as well as the potential for private involvement. In addition Key government figures from the CRE, SEMARNAT, CFE, and key state departments will speak in the MIREC plenary session to which all GeoPower Mexico delegates will have access.
